When I was pregnant with my second baby the consultant said the baby was small and it was all water (I had a huge bump) and I was really upset and went home and cried. My son was born a healthy 10lb 5 oz!!!! xxx

Don't worry about growth scans they can be really quite far off- my daughter was predicted 7 and a half lbs and was only 6lbs9. Glad all is well with baby girl. X

What a beautifully written blog post and what a brave young lady you are :) I never would have guessed you've been through any of the things you have and I really respect you for speaking so matter of factly about it all. I recently became a mum for the first time and your article really resonated with me when you spoke of your baby's first breath. My baby didn't breath initially - he was fine, just a bit shocked, but the fear I felt in that moment was horrendous. I can only imagine how afraid you were. My Dad has Asperger's syndrome and there are some theories that it's genetic so only time will tell if my baby has it. If he does, he does but I hope I would be strong enough to give him the tools he'll need to deal with that. I'm really looking forward to the rest of your pregnancy updates and meeting your baby girl. (I have only read the blog so far, not watched the video so apologies if I haven't commented on something I should) Jasmine xxx

I'm so glad that everything looks fine! You have an amazing outlook though that if anything were to not go as expected you'll just get on with it. I think that's such a hard thought to comprehend and a sign if a really great parent! Our growth scan was completely off too, don't worry about that :)

you're looking wonderful, lovely! I had growth scans the whole way through my pregnancy and I hate to tell you this but they were pretty much spot on for me! They predicted she would be around 7lb 12oz on her due date and she was born at 42 weeks weighing 8lb 14oz. Please do a video or blog post once baby girl is here about how you got on with hypno-birthing! I completely lost control and panicked during my delivery so baby girl came via forceps which isn't what I wanted so thinking about trying hypno-birthing for my next baby :-) xxx

At 30 weeks they estimated my daughter would be 7Ib 5oz and she was born 2 days late weighing 6Ib 2oz so they were quite far off haha
