This is water drop of one of my mixed samples, this one is mixed with moss, destilated water and some older water from trap for snails if i remember correctly. I have this sample in jar for half a year already. That big green part at the start of the video is colony of algae, oftenly in the video you can see cilliates. Some of them are crushed by glass slide, so you can see hos their intracellular content is spreading around their membrane. There is also lot of other organisms like bacteria and so on during the video.
