You speak fine English trust me you have an accent but it’s fine I know somebody mom that been living in this country for 40 years and she’s proud. She doesn’t speak English. When soaking your raisins.. put it in an airtight container or seal your container tightly with Saran wrap if not you'll lose a majority of your alcohol before time from evaporation
