22:54 The fact that Rino Romano would go on to play Batman in The Batman a few years later this couldn't be coincidence lol also the fact that he was both the Spider-Man that got me not only into Spider-Man (and comic books/superheroes in general) but the man that got me into Batman is so damn cool.
I think the art style in The Batman is very underrated.. and it still holds up too without looking dated. Can't say that about some of its contemporaries, like Batman Beyond. I love the Halloween episode where it seems like Grundy, but it turns out it was really just clayface.

Got this game for Christmas the year it released. 3rd grade, I think. Absolute classif. I loved it almost as much as I loved the first.

What changes between a classic texture upscale that any emulator would be able to do?
changes to the texture depend on what can be upscaled in the game, the texture itself is an upscaled image file that is patched and loaded in the emulator, the emulators that can do HD textures that I know are Duckstation for PS1, Pcsx2 for PS2, Dolphin for Wii/Gamecube, Retroarch for some emulators.

I didn't remember any of the electric cutscenes, Beast was originally Black Cat, and of course the levels aren't the same.
Don't get me wrong, there's reused assets.
