My wife is Filipina. Her and her family would give me updates on the situation over there. These death squads man they just killed anyone that could be associated to drugs.
The bar with little people boxing in Burgos, Makati was called Ringside It is now closed. There is also Hobbit house in Emerta-Malate which also has little people for staff. I have lived in the Philippines for 8 years.
