Wildlife Photography - * A Great Morning of Bird Photography *

Lovely morning out watching and photographing birds. Managed to photograph the Robin and also the Grey Heron, not the best images but always nice to get out with the camera.
Images taken with the Sigma 150 - 600mm (C) along with the Nikon Z6 ii.

Your Robins are so different from our North American Robin, so that was fun. Beautiful images. We have lots of Great Blue Herons at a refuge near where I live and I love that they will pose for long periods!

Nice photo of that robin. Chasin down the egrets & heron/large waders is a waste of time. Going side to side while pretending you have other interest works sometimes if you move slow enough. Unless they are feeding pretty heavy. Then they don't seem to mind as much. Probably concentrating on the hunting more than the birder. Happy shooting.

Do you use auto iso
