Один раз видел, как таких же мастеров материл заказчик. Только они фасад таким же макаром делали. Выставляли мраморные плиты, всё на проволочках каких-то, потом заливали в щель раствор, типо с полимерной добавкой. По такой же технологии делали набережную. Там каждый год латают местами уже несколько лет. Потихоньку отваливается. Самое интересное, что у этих ребят работы валом, их из города в город перевозят. Сам пробовал тендер у них выиграть, они цену снижают в ноль. Ещё и скорость обещают бешеную. Понятно дело, что ступени нужно сначала залить, потом на клей под гребёнку укладывать. А тут как прошлый век. Жесть просто.
I wonder how a regular sand mix will bond together with the marble... in my country we only use tile mortar and even with that we have to back butter the tile for better bond... I don’t think this will stand for very long

it's good practice yes. but this guy is not going to live there, he just need the job done asap, and this way is much easier, so why bother. this is how we roll in turkey, as long as it looks alright, it's good enough.
@@VgniK88 its a comon technic but he is dooing some shit in there he use well do wet motar and he tries to dry him with sand and some other stuff so he kann better walk on the work but that is not good becouse the dry areas are drying the motar to fast so the binding is interupted also he walks on the wrong side of the tops that work will fall apart very fast and become loose of the ground
The finish job looks ok. His cuts are decent. He will probably die from silicosis from dry cutting all that stone but that's another story. The problem is that there is nothing bonding the tile to the concrete. He is just piling up cement on the stairs and dropping the tile onto it. Cement does not bond to the tile whatsoever, thinset should be applied to the concrete and the tile to bond it to the stairs. I don't understand why you would go through all of that trouble to build that staircase and not use thinset. It would cost maybe a $100 for the whole staircase and it would last forever. The way it is laid now you could pop that whole staircase off with a trowel easily and it will fail guaranteed. I also don't understand why you would post a video of this shoddy workmanship for everyone to see. Third world construction.
@@vaccumme Portland is not meant to be used as an adhesive. At the very least he could butter the backs of the risers and the treads with a Portland wet mix but he is not even doing that. He is just piling the cement up behind the riser without even troweling any cement on it first. Installing it this way will not bond the stone to the cement behind/underneath it at all. I fix jobs like this all of the time. I guarantee once it's dry I could walk up to it with a margin trowel and pop off the entire staircase in a few minutes. The said part is that to make the staircase strong would require a small amount of extra work and money. Either they don't know any better or they just don't care. They are certainly not flooring masters. More like flooring disasters.

I must tell you, for brazilians this way of "glueing" tiles on concrete is kind of shocking for us. We would never do like this. We have sand, minerals powder too, but for setting tiles and other stones we use a different material, just one powder and water.. is more thinner, clean, and far more trustable.

I would say it is a special kind of cement, very thin powder. We get those in 20kg bags. There's also a classification like: ACI, ACII, ACIII where the ACIII is the most expensive and also the highest level of glueing and waterproof, tiles based on porcelain and pure stones are always worked here with argamassa ACIII, and must be used in all humidity areas like bathrooms or kitchens.
Well, same in western Europe, there is a special adesiv for tailes, marbel as well granit. Specially confusing for me is the plain sand he filled in... Never saw that, but I saw a lot of cracked marbel stairs in turkey (Guess now I know why 🤔🤔).

Мастер делает слишком качественно, даже в ущерб скорости. Ведь можно было бы просто положить плитку на сухую смесь и потом полить сверху водой из шланга! Так обычно и делают, но этот мастер не такой. Он даже для верности ходит по ступенькам, пока цемент ещё не засох: если не уплывёт сразу, то потом прочность станет только выше. А как он подбирает рисунок камня, когда делает ступень из кусочков! Те, кто пишет, что углы кривые, зазоры, ступени разные - они просто не понимают ничего в лестницах. Здесь выверены все пропорции, учтён размер ноги хозяина дома, и что самое поразительное - мастер держит всё это в голове, а ведь не каждый сможет обойтись без этих новомодных компьютерных чертежей.
При ходьбе по такой лестнице идёт вибрация и резонанс. А он кладёт на цементнопесчаный раствор. Мало того он засыпает песком пустоты а сверху 2см раствора. Такого я не видел ещё,
Все посмотрели, теперь запомните, никогда так не делайте,всё отвалится на фиг, и случится это как раз тогда когда ремонт будет завершён.... А вооот потом думайте как это переделать с чистовыми стенами и мебелью... 😁

На очень слабенькую троечку, очень грубая работа(примыкание подступенника к ступени где то плотно а где и 10мм щель,не говоря уже про подрезку которую просто не видно на эту камеру) хотя может у них это норма?у нас в Украине за такое деньги не заплатили бы,это я вам как мастер говорю.
Тяп ляп и так сойдёт, руки бы оторвал.
Ссаными тряпками гнал бы таких с объекта🤦♂️
