I’ll say this. If we look at the criticism about both Jay and Dame. Dame’s critics come from industry executives etc and I’m sure ppl in jays current camp have their gripes. Jay’s criticism has come mainly from ppl who were close to him more so than execs. To me that saids a lot. Dame’s approach to business does seem extreme but it was working.
To me it looks like the people who say Dame was hard to work with were people who tried to treat him like or make him like an employee.
