- I just started a new journey of working on me, dedicating more time to myself and practicing gratitude in all things. It isn't always easy to show ourselves the love we deserve but it is the change I want to make this year. Instead of finding comfort in other things I want to find it in myself. This vlog is just a couple of days in my life living a simple quiet life in the south of France. I hope you enjoy it and are feeling all the love you deserve.

Sometimes I have to remind myself how fortunate I am to be able to see, to hear to walk to breath. There are so many people in the world who can't do that and it's really a gift from God. When i'm feeling down and depressed I remind myself how lucky I am to have 2 legs, two arms, that I woke up this morning. We take for granted the most simplest things and overlook how lucky we are like to just be able to walk outside or see the beautiful world as some people can't do that. Thank you for reminding me how lucky I am and to look at the bright side of every situation. I think i'll go for a ride to the mountains and smell the fresh air today, because I CAN!!!! So glad you're feeling better Sammy!!! xoxo

You're looking great, Sam and I can relate to feeling reluctant to do what we know will make us feel a 100 times better. Since I gave up alcohol twenty years ago, I find magic in almost everything. Sobriety gave me my life and freedom back. The world opened up to me in so many unexpected ways and I now eat healthily and go for walks in London and the suburbs; devouring the wonder of small things in the everyday. Hi dear Sam. This is it. Finally. I think you found strength and collect yourself. I can feel the difference,really. No blame at all. When one is sick,is sick. But for some reason I had the feeling that something hit you mentally and then your body just followed. However,not going back. Only forward. Look at you,you put that A1 & A2 knowledge at practice with the lovely grandma. I heard you. 😅 Bravo. I keep pushing to hear more talking from you. You can. Those oils and other natural stuff looks cool and apparently working positively,so keep doing them. And your trift finds-wow. What a steal! Jacket super cool and good colour that can go with many combinations. As for the boots,I think you manifested them without even knowing,lol. I am really pleased to see you in a different energy. It was about time( saying it with care). Yes,spring is approaching and that means also rainy days. But don't get deppressed about it. All will pass. Paul: " I wouldn't change my life for anything". It's nice to watch a France vlog and not have the usual accordeon playing. Seriously no one plays or listens to the accordeon anymore in France.

I love your channel. It’s so calming and as someone looking to live abroad in Europe, seeing life in a smaller town makes it way less daunting (even though I’m born and raised in NYC). A simpler, quieter life is the goal. Thanks for sharing a bit of your life 🙏🏿

I’m loving your channel. I changed to using more natural products years ago when it wasn’t popular. I like your routine and care for your body as well as reading the Bible. I’m 70 and most people think I’m way younger then my age. Keep up the routine. 😊 You will not regret it!

Hi Grace! Thank you so much. I can understand the hesitation, it’s a huge transition and a lot of challenges along the way but I have found that living abroad has opened my eyes to a whole new world and has brought me back to who I truly am. I feel like I found myself in France. It isn’t the easiest but I’m so grateful for all the lessons along the way. Everyone’s journey will be different but I think if you ever have the possibility to do it, Do It!

It’s such a lovely store and so many goodies to be found. You can even find recipes online or in the store. The people are so helpful and knowledgeable there.
