I litteraly have to wait until I had a panic attack for my brain decided that I needed medical help and I am a medical student so it was right on my face that I had a disorder. Our bodys aren't made for this kind of lifestyle and same peaple (me) are more vulnarable to this and develope anxiety disorder and taking medicine have helped me A LOT. Sending my love from Brazil

I agree, daily journaling has helped me a lot with my memory.
Also, have you ever tried the black English tea? As someone with anxiety it was a nice change from matcha and coffee on my nervous system especially. It’s just a little food for thought since at the time of your video you mention loosing your insurance and I know all to well what that’s like. I even went to 5 and below and came upon a medical herbs book. It is easy to find the herbs you need for whatever symptoms/illness.
