Hey brother been searching for sometime now and found all your 3 hole oil change very helpful. Got an 18 fxbb that just got to 5k. Local harley dealer told me i have to change engine, trans & primary. According to the owners manual only engine is needed. Anyhow appreciate all your videos definitely going to do mine this week. Yeah I know sadly i just got to my 5k haha

Yeah, that's wierd they told you to three hole it at 5k, the dealer I went through told me only engine oil at 5000, same as the owners manual. That's what I did. If you didn't do the break in 3 hole change at 1000 miles, definitely do a three hole at 5000. The break in 1000 mile change is to get all the junk and gasket and shit out from manufacturing. Glad the videos are helping, let me know if you have any questions, I'll help the best I can

I have the same Brass Balls cycles Cover on my FXBB. Thanks. You answered a ton of questions. I’d be a little more specific each time you talk about torque specs. As in foot pounds or inch pounds. I think there was one time you didn’t specify but I may not of fought it. But that’s just me trying to find something to give you feed back on. Other than that, great info.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll rewatch it and see if I can't fix it with a text overlay or something. I like brass balls I think they have some good stuff and the logo is pretty cool.

When you’re checking the fluid levels should you stand the bike straight or is it okay to check while leaning on the kickstand?

I had that same question haha, in the videos there is a reference for that, they call the kickstand a jiffy stand. I don't remember straight off the top of my head but I believe the engine oil is good to change on the stand, the primary definitely needs to be done level and balanced. The transmission I believe is like the primary.

Alright just double checked my manual, engine oil and transmission oil is done on the kickstand and the primary is done standing up straight!

Sorry- where did you buy your service manual?

Sorry just saw this, it's just the owners manual that came with the bike when I bought it. The service manuals are much more indepth and alot more expensive.

Man I am so grateful for your guys's video. But you've got to think like a newbie. Stand back get a good picture of the video and show us where the drain plug is. Everything is up so damn close
