  • The Doctor (Patrick Troughton), Companions and crew of the moonbase discover the location of the nearby Cyber-ship. It might already be too late though, as the Cybermen start to march across The Moon towards them...
    All the shots for this one were pretty standardly sourced, apart from a brief shot of the radio for Ground Radar, everything is from 60's who.

    These hellish looking buggers use to frighten the living shit out of me !!!
    If I was brave enough to drop the blanket down and watch them , I would pay dearly for it ,
    with the buggers chasin me in my dreams for a few sleepless nights !!!
    The sound of their electronically modified voice gave me cold sweats !!!
    No way in Hell was I going into my deathly black looking bedroom with these buggers
    waitin for me !!!

    The Cybermen in the 60s stories were the most scariest Cybermen in comparison with the Cybermen from the 80s stories

      The Cybermen in the 80s seemed kind of silly, especially them saying excellent all the time.

      I agree, although the Cybermen from the 80's stories were far scarier Cybermen in comparison to the Cybermen from the 2000's/2010's/2020's stories (except World Enough and Time/The Doctor Falls: that had 60's Cybermen in it at least).

    In my opinion these were easily the scariest cyber men ever 😢

      They have that silent zombie like feel to them. A sharp contrast to the noisy stompy later versions.

      Agreed. I remember watching this story as a young boy. Scared the absolute living daylights out of me. I feel the fear even now recalling it.

    Directed by THE CYBERMEN! If this is indicative of their cinematographic flair and quality of workmanship I think they'll go far in the business!

    I loved that dissonant marching theme. And that lunar scene is just perfect sfx.

    Before the Cybermen became WOKE !

      @spiralx6249 Год назад +2

      "woke" is just a rather silly modern euphemism mainly used by racists, homophobes and misogynists . Things I seriously doubt cybermen would ever bother with!
