After using it for a bit is it good for tracking sleep and for excercise and just everyday tasks? Because I am thinking of purchasing this

I tried tracking sleep and yes it is good since the battery lasts about 1.5-2 days. I use it all the time for tracking my exercises and walking for sure! The best part is getting phone calls and messages while my phone is on vibrate mode and I never miss a call! That is my favourite part ☺️

My wrist is around 160mm ☺️ i measured not right directly at the thinnest part of my wrist, but about an inch up from my wrist
