Flyover: Getting the Shot | Grand Canyon, Arizona

With the launch of our newest FlyOver in Las Vegas, we also debuted a new film: The Real Wild West. This ambitious project, which was shot in Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, California, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, takes passengers over 22 of the United States’ most magnificent cities, monuments and landscapes to capture the essences of the country’s rugged west.
In this episode of our "Getting the Shot" series, the team at FlyOver worked with the Hualapai Tribe to capture stunning footage inside the Grand Canyon, in an area known as Grand Canyon West.
During the scene, you'll be introduced to a traditional Hualapai dance called the bird dance. Elders and young gather in traditional clothing to perform the dance, while a male voice sings and it echoes throughout the canyon.
