Great topic! Since my mom died at the beginning of the pandemic, we’ve cared for my dad at my parents family home and our pooled money has allowed him to stay in the same home. We are about to hit year three, and the Stellars are aware by year four we are looking to help him cash out and find a property where we have a more even split of the property but likely still cohabitate as it’s been incredibly rewarding to live together and to share expenses.😊
