Why would you open a long as soon as it breaks out of the flag? It already did that and fell back into the flag. As well as falling below the flag and pumping up back into the flag.. it could always be a fake out so what would make this time different as a confirmation?
Its probabilities, fake outs happen less often than breakouts. But the best way to take a breakout is to wait for the price to come back and retouch the breakout point and bounce from it, then you have a higher probability of a real breakout because the breakout point held as support
Why wouldnt you open a long right now, this is a good risk reward, you can have a stop loss under the dip below the flag. A flag is like a channel, imo you should be buying the bottom of the channel and selling the top
