Perhaps Humphries heard Dimitri's comments about him not being favorite to win the title and he unleashed all that frustration on Joyce, could you imagine that?
With that said, being able to average 100+ across five sets in this format is sensational.
Luke is doing his own Mark Selby British Open 2024 winner run. Being shaky and almost going out in two first round (once on a match dart) gaining the momentum around semis and hopefully clinching the title easily in the final. Predicting 6-2 for tomorrow, hoping for another title, go on Luke!!
Humphries doesn’t get the credit he deserves for being on another planet with his unbelievable performances again and again winning everything possible including the world championship he is number one in the world and he is playing a level above everyone else at the present moment.
Unfortunately the media prefer littler so Humphries will never get the respect he deserves
Humphries is almost unplayable at times. He has a relaxed flowy focus that does not cease.
Its so much easier to be relaxed when your way ahead ..But Ryan Joyce has done great getting so far .
5-0 and people who missed it would have no idea how well Joyce played . . . left the early semi-finalists for dead

Humphries is phenomenal.
Having said that De Decker hit more 180s than Humphries did in his semi final and he’s playing like a man possessed. Humphries will have to produce his A to beat De Decker if De Decker produces the form he’s shown all week. It should be a great final.

You obviously have to put humpries as the favourite in the final but if decker can produce the sort of darts he has through the whole competition then he's definitely got a good chance to cause the upset, I really like luke humpries but it be nice to see decker win the title as I think that will maybe open the gates for him also because he's actually been talked about for a wee while from the people who know what they are talking about.

So happy Mike has got this far. This’ll be a highlight for him whatever happens. God help him in the final though if Luke continues to play like THAT. Ryan did not play poorly at all… but against a performance like what we’ve just seen from the World Number 1, there was absolutely nothing he could’ve done. Humphries is proving his haters and the media wrong every day.
Aren’t nobody going to take Humphreys No 1 ranking unless he backs off he’s a machine like Taylor is focused
