Thats not true, why would u be measuring in ft, mm, m, km etc when a average TLC plate is measured in CM!! its not a giantic plate ya kno........... CM is the correct Units to use whilst calculating the Rf values and Yes! the Units do matter, you'd get marked down if you used the wrong units or added the wrong units into you results.
