I remember fondly antique shopping all the shops large and small with my daughter and be gone the whole day! Now as I have gotten older, I go with you and Chris via RUclips. Enjoy your adventures while you can as the years go by fast! Love your videos, any and all!
Ohhh myyy!! the Blue Glass set of dishes!! The " Candy Cane striped little "pixies?" Absolutely adore those!❤ " Can't help myself! Sugar pie, honey bunch.."😂😂 Got tickled at myself! Sitting here looking at all of the Christmas yummies, singing along with the music in the background!😂 Love the Santa stand up also. The paper matches old barn is simply wonderful..

I loved the stuffed bunny snowman doll. That amber compote was a steal at $8.
The window of colored glass was beautiful.

@@GingerChickRehabI have the candy cane kids. They were my mom’s and she gave them to me a few years ago. They are my most treasured Christmas possession. I’m so nervous every year to put them out because I’d be so upset if they ever got broken but I have to have them in my holiday decor.
I have my grandma’s candy cane kids - three of them! I’ve loved them since I was a kid in the 60’s.

Yvonne, since you LOVE to shop will you do my Christmas shopping for me? I have 5 kids plus their spouses and 12 grandkids plus 3 grandkids have boyfriend/girlfriends. It is overwhelming for me. Love thrifting but hate to gift shop!

Is it true that some parts on big ben clocks have uranium in them and they glow?
Yes some of the older ones do have uranium that make parts of them glow. They started making them in the early 1900’s . 05138D model number… its numbers glow. ( sorry you know I’m a collector) 🤗
@GingerChickRehab thank you for the information. I collect uranium glass and fenton glass, i have some of my partents old small alarm clocks, I just recently found out about the big ben having some parts that glow. I love watching you and Chris.

I get a bit nervous every time you turn over a frog I looked at the underside of a frog in GW and discovered it was a male. I turned red, then started laughing and of course I bought him.
lol… I just accidentally got a set recently at an estate sale pick.. they were in dirt in a terra cotta pot. Did know that until I washed them 🙃
