I have the dev mode of the 18 new layout and getting used to it but dunno if I regret going to iOS 18 dev the only issue is if you want the iOS 17 beta back you need to factory reset your phone and it go back to iOS 17

The Apple newsroom states that it’s only available today for members of the developer program. Public beta isn’t dropping until next month.
There are other ways to get it but they involve some digging
I got it a day or two after the keynote last year. There’s a way to get it before the public beta for sure.

I never paid to be a developer or anything but just went to my update settings and it lets me pick beta profiles updates. Strange

Okay so everything worked but when I went to the beta thing for software update, I only have iOS 17 Public Beta and nothing else. Will I get the iOS beta 18 in the future?
Yes. IOS 18 public beta is not already out. Only the developper one is. Public beta should be out in July. If you already enrolled your device in the beta program it will automatically appears in your settings once it’s available.

Hey guys if don’t have iOS 18 just rest your phone and you should get it I first had the same problem like everyone else but then I just reset my phone and I got a new app and iOS 18, hope this helps.

Because ur probably on the iPhone SE, iPhone X series (XS and XR), or the iPhone 11 series, ur screwed for now (they don't show that option) and you have to wait for iOS 18 to release to the public or if ur not then sign in to the beta program and turn on automatic updates or install beta profiles

It’s developer beta of course it’s going to be laggy. If you want a stable version you gotta wait till public beta’s roll out.
Actually it was buggy only in the few 1-2 hours. Besides then a bit heating its operate pretty good.
