@Steph-yf5sx hi I just took mine on the 2nd and passed first time. I did not buy any cram courses or any of that. What I did was go over all my study material again because I promise you even things in these videos are only nailing main stuff but then there is the rest.. what I did and it sounds crazy was every question I was unsure about I put the answer down but on my white board I put the test question number down so as I went I knew those test question numbers I was unsure about completely... then as I finished I went back to all the numbers on my board and then did the process of elimination and like ok yeah that is certain I know I got it right and erased the number from my board.. then as I had like 30 numbers left and was still unsure if I was right or wrong I went with the longest answer possible to the question because that's typically it and boom I was left with like 7 questions I was unsure about and it's because it involved numbers and there was no way for me to know no matter what method i used.. like for instance how long does a broker have to keep things on record? How long do you have to keep records.. and I passed that way
@@faithsandiego7067 thanks a ton! I’m doing flashcards, material for exam prep from course, videos, etc. I’m assuming I’ll need to know things specific to the state of CA as well so I throw that in there too
@Steph-yf5sx honestly I was terrified but actually the test questions itself are a lot easier than I thought.. I was expecting these long paragraphs like johnny had 2 apples and ran into ralph who had 5 oranges and brandon ate a banana in front of grocery store that cost 50 cents ralph had 5 oranges because he was hungry and wanted to make orange juice too brandon ate in front of the grocery store because be needed a ride from James.. how much did he pay for his banana.. when all reality it was super simple questions but really just want to know if you know your material
Just passed my CA state exam on the first try today! Could not have done it without your videos - so insightful, straight to the point and great tips on how to retain the information. You’re the best!
@@faithsandiego7067 so all of the questions take forever to understand because the vocabulary and wordplay is meant to throw you off. I got overwhelmed on the first 5 questions because I was like, I don’t understand any of this. But got out of my head, really focused on what they were asking and did my best. Lots of landlord tenant law, types of liens and real estate law/ethics questions etc. zero math questions on mine. BUT, they pull 150 questions from thousands of questions so no 2 tests are really the same. Try to get a basic knowledge on everything, and watch all of the test prep RUclips videos! Take notes and review right before you go in to test :)
I've watched almost every video and so thankful I did. I literally just finished both my tests just now and I PASSED both on my first try! Thank you so much! I cried happy tears!!!
Please give me tips, I haven’t taken an exam in a while and i have a hard time understanding the concepts and im not confident cuz im having a hard understanding what answer is most suitable
I just passed my exam this morning! Thank you for the work and dedication you put into these videos and all the study material on your website. The flash cards, exam prep videos, and practice exams were extremely beneficial. Keep up the awesome work you guys do!
about how often every day and for what periods of time did you put towards studying, ive got my test this friday for the national portion, i passed the state last time and failed the national by 10 question and have just been trying to think of better ways of studying
@@DustinwKW the week before the exam I reviewed all the vocabulary for the exam, took 2 prep tests a day on specific subjects of the exam (available on the prep agent website), and watched all the “Animated Real Estate exam prep videos”. I dedicated about 3-4 hrs a day. Not all at once, of course, but whenever you get a chance. When I was prepping meals or doing other stuff around the house I would listen to the webinars and the series of videos with “most common questions in RE exam”, I would also watch the animated prep videos, very helpful. The day before the exam I took two full 150 question master exams available on the Prep Agent website. I did well on the prep exams so that built confidence and eased my nerves. Whatever subject I felt I was too weak in or got questioned wrong on the prep exams I would rewatch the animated videos and it helped out. Hope this helps. Good luck on your exam!
@@hectorperez1982did u do any specific course or just self studies through these methods. Also my weakest point is the loans and lending stuff, is the exam a lot about that?

You’re the best man. I was studying loans last night until I went brain dead. I felt like I didn’t fully understand everything I just studied but after watching this video everything is much simpler. Thank you prep agent
I’m glad a new video just came out, your concepts helped me not only pass but finish first by a long shot. I did your practice exams so much my eyes hurt. My head told me I wasn’t prepared going in to the exam room, 30 questions in you were talking in my head and I was 100% sure I was now a salesperson.
Joe you are the absolute man. Thank you for everything you do, your videos were a hugggggggggeeeee help!! Passed my exam yesterday and couldn’t have done it without you 💙
I'm so happy you are interesting and keep it going and exciting on here! I just tried watching another channel, and the guy just seemed to keep rambling and didn't lower or high pitch his voice to keep it interesting. You do it just right!
Hello Joe,thank so much for uploading these great videos. They helped me pass my California State Exam today July 14,2023.I appreciate your big help.God bless you always Joe.❤️😇🙏🏻🇺🇸
Thank you for your time and help. I took the exam June 19th. I froze on the Amortization questions and "confusing" relationship scenarios regarding agents, listing agents and sellers. Too much second guessing. I have my results and will review, now that I decided to stop avoiding studying and retake the exam again. You did that, just now. Thank you 💜 I'll try feeling like an agent instead of a person taking the exam. 🙂
The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
Investing requires good experience and knowledge to carry out a good and successful trade, I have lost a lot trying to trade all by myself May I ask which investments are good?
