I need help with portable chest AP! I always have trouble picturing CR being perpendicular to IR with all the varying angles the patients are on the bed!
I do have a video on cross table lateral cervical (CTL) but they are not wearing a collar. 10 MAS @ 60 KV would be an average technique for that exam. Hope this helps.
