    i lost 4kg in 5 days i've been avoiding sugar,rice,junkfood and use only little amount of salt and 1tsp oil per day, after 7pm i dont eat anything and i workout a lot

    Halvai vali chini khana suru kr do kyunki me bhi bohot moti hu or vo kha rhi or use muje weight loss me mdd mil rhi h aapko bhi milegi

    Not being able to easily gel-in with new people is the same problem I face in my day to day life . Plus eating Maggie would not be good for your weight loss journey. Also use limited dairy products for fat loss.
