- Is it even possible to put every animal in one franchise zoo? I'm going to find out! Today we add the Polar Bear!! My challenge is to create a profitable Franchise Mode zoo that will eventually house every animal in Planet Zoo. Join along as we learn how to create a successful franchise mode zoo together!

About me: I'm Plastic Swans and I do a lot of wacky stuff with Planet Zoo, like racing the animals and time trials. I like to call this kind of thing wholesome chaos and that's what I try to do most of all on the channel. I also make one-off habitats and zoos, and I also make the starter habitats for Planet Zoo, a collection of ready-made franchise/challenge compatible habitats for every animal in the game.

Wow that polar bear dome is so good looking,sometimes big habitats can open a door for a lot of creativity,no wonder the polar bears got their own video with no other species

You can tell it's a fictional zoo because there isn't a requirement for tonnes of netting and fencing to stop idiots jumping from the steps into the polar bear pool! lol
I really like the structural design of the dome. The slanted curves really make it. And the green roof adds some much needed colour to the concrete. Very cool!

I had no idea you could make something so cool in Planet Zoo! This makes me so jealous --- I'd love to go to a zoo with such a cool building! In the summer I would FOR SURE take the air conditioned tunnel to the polar bears. xD Great job!

What an awesome build! This habitat is so inspiring. I’m intimidated by the modern build style because it’s usually curved and that’s so difficult in PZ. You really nailed it though. I’ll be taking inspiration from this building for my future builds.
Curves intimidate me too - I've found if you do a circle using the perfect circle method, you can then angle that and it works way easier!

Daannnggg, I seriously thought you would make either a big rectangular box or a big dome, no offense, but it looks wayyy better than I would have ever thought.
No offence taken :) My last 2 attempts at polar bear enclosures were horrible big boxes! They need something more refined!
Yeah, polar bears are nice however we may be getting Pygmy hippos soon!
That's gorgeous! You did such a good job with the habitat design. Did you look at any references or real life architecture or did you came up with that all by yourself? If so - wow! You should consider working as an architect :D
Been looking at 'futuristic' designs going up in places like Singapore. Tried a few times to replicate with not much success, this is first time it's actually come out looking ok!

It turns out that animals not liking their plants has absolutely no effect on gameplay. None at all. Which means you didn't have to change the plants on the green roof at all.
Really? I never looked into it much, but was sure guests aren't happy and somehow know that you've (shock horror) put a plant in there that the animal doesn't like 😂
They also have the highest food cost of the whole game (including actual additions in game packs)
