I don't know if I understood you correctly. Ok you need to create CSS for existed HTML/Javascript gadget. To do this go to Theme - Edit HTML - click on sqaure icon "Jump to widget" choose your widget ID for example HTML2. Next step write CSS for this gadget #HTML2 {color:#333;} Thats it.

Try Wix. Also google sites, but it can be connected only through google analytics
