I'm gaining a new understanding of what you can do with chuck roast. With the rising cost of meats these days, chuck roast is an affordable alternative. I laughed when you sorted the chunks by size and then later mixed them up- lol.
I've never heard of that seasoning Eric, but I'm certain that it'll work. In most dishes, I encourage viewers to use their favorite seasoning instead of what I use. Thanks for watching.

This is unique one bro. You how did you feel about the overall tenderness of the roast.
The chucks that are available here are high quality and they rival the best steaks. Even reheated on day 2, they were still extremely tender.

How does the chuck roast taste/texture?
When you've got a Chuck with nice marbling, most of the muscles are very much like a cheap ribeye with LOTS more flavor.
