This combo is 100% true btw even with perfect stagger recovery from the opponent. the BRC slowdown and counterhit slowdown make all the normally fake links into true links.
I routed it so that the opponent doesn't ever get launched, so i can end with scalpel pull. you could do a similar combo with tornado and it would probably do more damage. I just thought this one looked cool.
