"Takachiho Amaterasu Railway"
Takachiho Town in Miyazaki Prefecture is located almost in the center of Kyushu,
on the border with Kumamoto.
It is also known for Takachiho Gorge, a valley of columnar joints.

Utilizing the site of the Takachiho Railway, which was discontinued due to the typhoon disaster in 2005, this is a railway attraction that uses super carts to make round trips to Amano Iwato Station.
Takachiho, a town of columnar joints carved into the earth and traditional culture.
The scenery seen from the "Amaterasu Railway" that runs slowly through it is perfect for the word "feel the superb view"!
