@@MinisterRedPill if you are connected in the same network with all the devices you need to scan, you just type ifconfig and get the private address of your machine, then you can get the other ones by replacing the final numbers from 0 to 255 maybe
Bit late but, lets say you got permission to try this on another network. You will have to either do a phishing attack where you will show a fake site to the victim to fool them into entering the wifi password or you need to capture the handshake and crack it through a wordlist or bruteforce.

A very simple method is just connecting to wifi and googling "what's my IP".
Not necessarily illegal, but intent is important
