I think if you are an average 5 digit and you are contemplating on buying the keyboard, you should also factor in games other than osu that you benefit greatly from its features. If you play games like fps and high precision games the keyboard's price to performance is definitely better than most other 60% gaming keyboards on the market right now.
I got my Wooting yesterday and Truth AND the problem is that you can feel the difference in response times and it's nice. This is what the other guy who sold his Wooting was alluding to. You can use it and have miniscule improvement, but if you go back to a traditional keyboard then you'll immediately know you aren't on it and it will be a struggle. Think of it as playing on 165hz monitor for like a year or so then trying to go back to 60hz, it's going to be extremely noticeable.
but... I don't plan to go back to 60Hz ever again. I think it's a good analogy you're having here, but it's a reason to KEEP the wooting. I'm expecting every gaming keyboard in the future to be analog. Just like every gaming monitor is now at least 144Hz
Simple guide to making your fingers faster in OSU. 1. Carbs - gotta make sure you dont burn out your glycogen storage 2. Electrolytes - gotta lube your joints 2.5. omegas and vitamin d. 3. Caffine - Esspresso machine 25-50k dont skimp out very important 4. other performance enhancing stuffs that you may or may not need to be a certain age.
Imagine training your fingers with grip trainers since as a child you'd have some dangerous fingers. I wonder if rock climbing hand dexterity translates over to this. Wonder if creatine helps your fingers too (I'm sure it does but its not like you pump your fingers like biceps). And don't skimp on your protein and macros
it is important to clarify that the rapid trigger (what makes it a "cheating keyboard") can be deactivated, which would turn it into a normal mechanical keyboard, but even without that feature it's a really good keyboard, so if you are looking for a keyboard that will be with you for the really long term (or if you are rich lol) it's a good option

Now that I know how it works I actually think it would be really good for me... Buuuuut, I just bought a 2 key keypad (came with both brown and red switches, tried both, red my preference, usual keyboard uses Romer-G's) and I actually love that, if it had rapidfire it would be amazing but even just having my inputs separate from a whole keyboard I noticed an improvement because, and this might sound a little weird, but you subconsciously know where your keys are better so it removes a subconscious level of tapping hand precision, idk, it's hard to explain, but for any fellow 6 digits that wanna try something without paying out the ass for a wooting, try a keypad, because they can help a lil bit with consistency

Actually, wooting rapid trigger was just a step up for my tech for stream, I'm already mashing my keypad but with precision for streaming around 300bpm but it's less precise than wooting and more punishing since I can easily miss one click and destroy my whole accuracy on the map. So for my technique it's will be a big game changer.
basically I bought the keyboard more out of curiosity for what it could do for my stamina more so than my speed. Like I can deathstream 190 (200 if the weather is nice and it's a friday) but I don't fully intend to use it to jump a skill barrier. I kind of want to keep progressing the way I am just with the wooting. That and my current keyboard is kinda breaking
im a 6 digit 200k, i had the razer huntsman v2 , the logitech pro x, the hyperX allow elite 2 and a pro mini v2 keypad all with liniar switches (razer was silent liniar and the keypad had mx red cherrys) and today i got my wooting HE60 and its insane , i did flower dance 6,14* with 9,5 ar and never passed it, today on my first try i passed it with 95% acc. the build quality for around 200€ is the best ive ever had, the switches are insane smoof. idk this keyboard feels so right to play osu every click feels so much better compared with other keyboards i tried the keyboard first without rappid trigger and than with but i would say without rappid trigger it is personaly better in my opinion. If u have the money and want a fcking insane keyboard than get it, u can play other games too not only osu! xD
so they made the wooting 60 compatible with most gh60 compatible cases so im hoping the wooting tkl is compatible with h87s if they are im gonna put a wooting into a jane endgame tech, feel, sound, looks

Feel with stuff like refresh rate and latency reductions, it comes down to improving consistency rather than your actual skill cap. I played alot of Destiny 2 on 60 hz, and upgraded to 120, was able to play at my best much more consistently than I would on 60. Even on "bad days" could preform really well.

Does the brand have a working customer support phone number? If I have an issue, how long is the q for support? Besides, everyone has this tech coming out now, and most of them offer all the above. I feel like you are severely downplaying how much this keyboard has artificially improved top players play. You make the comparison of how a 165hz monitor will slightly improve performance, but this is apples to oranges. This implies Mrekk only needed a faster monitor to break the PP record, as it would be an equivalent performance upgrade to a wooting. We all know this is an illogical assertion. Who cares if KHZ doesn't play better with it when it has CLEARLY caused players like Mrekk to set score he is not physically capable of performing. Mrekk himself said he cannot stream 280bpm. Even if it was banned today, it has still greatly tainted the leaderboards. IMO the 1300pp barrier has yet to be broken, and the person who actually does will never receive proper recognition. It would be like a singer winning award for how accurately they could sing in pitch, when in reality they always have a touch of automatic pitch correction on their vocals. A little bit is close to undetectable and makes an average performance sound perfect. A good example is Disturbed's cover of sound of silence. Their vocalist received a massive amount of praise from not only laymen but also vocal coaches reacting to the performance. In reality, he was just subtly auto-tuned. Obviously that is an artistic performance and should be held to different standards, but OSU is a completive game. If it's OK to use cheating software as long as it's native to your peripheral, why do we bother banning things like autoclickers?
You can train your muscle memory to apply the right amount of force so you can rest your fingers slightly above the switch's actuation point It takes a lot of time, but most top-tier mania players (bms, stepmania, osu!mania) that managed to nail this are pretty fast Jhlee being the #1 example that pops into mind. That dude barely moved his fingers and was insanely fast. Or you can go 🦍 mode and bottom out every keystroke, your choice I personally would not spend that amount of money, I'd just buy a ducky board and call it a day lol
If you pay the normal 175 price its much more palitable you get hall effect switches with adjustable actuation and adjustable rapid trigger& the ability to use analog inputs. The only people paying 500 are people with more money then time.
I have had my Ducky for many years, but I want analogue input. I don’t need rapid triggers, but they do sound slightly appealing. It’s way cheap than getting a Thrustmaster A-10, which is my other interest.
this keyboard is just for LONG-LASTING prebuilt (customizeable) keyboard, not just for gaming or osu or whatever you expect if you expect potential and better performance out of it, nah its not. Just like Kachulu said right there, also tokaku said it will not make you better but make your improvement gap or skill level to reach higher than using regular keyboard, i ain't somebody who would spend 200$ on a END-GAME keyboard i'd rather buy 100-120$ custom, 60$ gaming, 19$ for solder tool, modding kit etc living with highest end product is just boring, get some adventure with your 20$ chinese keypad
