That's not true. Go look at my latest video of the 12x32. I just finished that one out for $4,000 and it's really nice. Just have to know how to budget and pick Materials Total project cost with shell and finished out on the inside costs roughly 16,000. But if your wanting something really nice a budget of 20k just for the inside is a very good budget.
I use to use r13 but have recently changed to all spray foam. I will never finish out another one with regular insulation again, unless it has a full wraparound porch to keep the rain off of the siding. Regular insulation just doesn't seal everything properly, sure it will help climate control but it does not stop the moisture from seeping through if your siding is exposed.
@@tdottaberry Even at 30k or 40k in the end they are cheaper then a normal houses. The interest rate can eat you alive. Plus once you done. Not payment.
😂 you would be surprised how amazing and warm we can make it on the inside. I'll post some videos of some we did . They are beautiful most of them only have four windows
Yeah I would renovate it and design the inside and react it as an Airbnb
I would get claustrophobia😮
$739 down, and $739/month. You forgot to say how many months. I'm saying it's probably for the rest of your life.
Another thing, dude. A building is not a "real estate investment". The land you put it on is the investment.

To turn the barn into a tiny home can cost 20k and up.
