It felt more like the Rock seemed bitter that the fans wanted Cody and not him. But it seemed like he enjoyed the heel turn.
He had to make the most out of it and this way. He basically got as much views as cody did.
lmao u would love for the rock to be bitter
rock has been through it all, it wasnt enough he told you he was upset, u gotta up the ante and say he was bitter lol. And this is why ppl like the rock are political in the 1st place, because of comments like yours
Did you just ignore the other part of my comment. I never said I hated The Rock’s run. I just said he “seemed bitter”. But pop off
@@espada_d84 Did u not read his comment he replied to u with. He was talking about the fact that u for some reason are projecting bitterness onto the rock even tho there is no evidence for it, not about u liking his run. U made 2 points in Ur original comment and he was replying to the 1st one not the 2nd.
Bitter? Lol
Popped at the Rock making himself a baby face and telling eveyone to go with Cody 😂😂😂😭😭
There's no way in heck cody was meant to point at seth. They literally showed roman afterwards. I think wwe is trying so hard to cover up the fact The Rock was gonna screw Cody out of his position. How I see it is, and people may disagree, HHH wanted Cody vs Roman from the start(it was very clear they built up for cody vs roman 2 ever since post wm39) but Rock wanted to face Roman instead and by that point his hands wwe tied cause The Rock is technically his boss. I may be wrong but this is my theory.
It's weird if Cody was supposed to point at Seth in the Rumble. The camera somehow was showing Roman Reign and his reaction was a proper one imo (if that really wasn't planned then prop to Roman and the team behind the scene).
I don’t really understand the thing where Cody was meant to point at Seth because if you go back and watch it, they even play it up on commentary. You’d think if it was unplanned, they’d just cut to a video package or something.
I think WWE is just trying to cover up that The Rock was trying to sabotage the match between Cody and Roman so he could be in the main event instead. They don’t want to make him look bad, so they just want to put the blame on Cody and say he went into business for himself.
how were they tryna cover up the rock sabatoging it when he literally showed himself to b the one who was bothered by it then choosing cody, lmao
Sound like bullshit to me if Cody was not meant to point at Roman why did they put the camera on Roman right away after he pointed at him does not make sense to me
Well executed and well produced, always exciting to see what happens behind the curtain
Rock trying to take all the credit for this match happening, no wonder it took so long to release they had all that editing to do
I enjoyed watching it bro. Great review as usual.
I doubt Cody went into business for himself the plan was always Cody vs Roman 2 at WM40 the Vince scandal happened rock got put on the tko board and wanted to insert himself in the match and it backfired
I still don't understand why they had Cody win the rumble in the first place, rock and roman was already in place waiting to be official, seth was supposed to face punk but they didn't know until after the rumble that punk was hurt. Punks injury honestly changed everything. As for next year I can't imagine they're going to skip roman and rock for the 3rd year. And I'm definitely not interested in seeing Cody still feuding with the bloodline 3 years in a row
HHH said in the doc that he felt that if Cody didn’t win the Rumble it would’ve hurt his career.
My guess is that the Rumble was going to be for Punk until he got injured and tbey changed the plans during the match
Ehh Dynamite was on. I’ll catch it today
DUDE LMFAO I just finished this
Just proof that Triple H regime is no different than Vince😂💀 Hilarious if they had gone with the original plans.
How's that Vince probably would of just kept truckin on hhh actually listened to the fan and it turned out amazing
How Vince probably would of just kept trucking on hhh listened to the fans and it turned out amazing
The fact you actually believe this is sad the product on raw and Smackdown is completely different but hunter regime is the same as Vince
if the oriignal plan was rock vs roman why not have the rock win the royale rumble, triple Hs logic was Cody had to win because it would ruin him but he couldn’t see Cody giving his opportunity to the rock wouldn’t ? 😂😂
I think WWE was tone deaf if they really wanted to put off Cody's story after he lost the year prior. The audience would not have liked it because Cody was not finishing his story. That would have made the loss at the previous year's Wrestlemania make even less sense.
I don’t think it ever said Cody was meant to point at Seth. That wouldn’t have made any narrative sense at the time anyway, the path at that point was clearly Punk vs Rollins (before he got hurt), and confirmed by HHH himself. So claiming that Cody went into business for himself by not pointing at Seth I’m gonna say is untrue
Great review
I’m literally not interested in Roman the man has over stayed his welcome
I was really curious to see what Cody original match was going to be before the injuries cuz it was clear at day it was punk vs Seth and rock vs Roman I remember in last year at wm 39 Cody was supposed to go against Cena
Why would Cody have pointed to Seth? Wouldn’t have made any sense
This documentary felt more Rock focused than Cody focused, but that’s just me
WWE has forced people to respect Roman. He sucked 2014 he sucks now.
👀
Brayden Walker in WWE mockumentary was better than this
The whole thing was just a shit show, but wow, the whole thing paid off in the end. A great Wrestlemania main event, and most importantly, a great story.
Of course geekdom has to make it seem like he knows everything
I don't see Rock losing to Cody or anyone before he faces Roman. If anything i think Rock beats Cody for the title and babyface Roman beats Rock and we get that super babyface title run from Roman. Also Roman when he comes back is going to be a bigger babyface then Cody and eclipse him.
That'd make so many people mad if rock beats cody
@@cerebralassassin2185 Sure but it's very possible and regardless of whether Rock beats Cody, Roman is getting that title back eventually.
wish the documentary got more into the roman side of things: the greatest championship reign ended at wm40 we needed more roman content
No we don’t.
