When was the last time SWAT Teams were the first responders to an active shooter callout since Columbine High? Usually it’s the patrol units on scene and SWAT responds at least 45 minutes later🤔
In this episode, SWAT had actually been developing the intel on the situation. However, they based the initial defensive response based on where the kid was currently enrolled in high school, when his real target was the school he was expelled from. So many of the patrol units were out of position.
