Naturally he is a power mover but now doing floor rocks and better top rocks now have musicality rather than relying in doing power moves to win. Tonio is good doing complicated moves. Base on how he breaks it looks to me his style is doing floor rocks and a lot of break pose. These two breakers are breakers who does not repeat their moves in every round. I give first and second round to Shigekix.
Sports Video Games shigekix toprock and footwork is incredibly beginner. His power is not grrat either. He drags his feet often. He has repetitive transitions and combos. So does tonio (repetitive i mean) but at least he can actually toprock and he can do footwork.

I could say his top rock is not as good as others who have musicality and this is their style but his top rock improved a lot. His power move is not that great I agree but power is his natural style now he is trying to dance other styles. Sports Video Games bro you are off topic. I am not judging shigekix in his whole dance career. I am just looking at this battle. His toprock is bad. Not just "his style". It looks corny. His footwork is bad. Consists of a few basic steps and those are done poorely. Bad form, drags his feet, sloppy. His power is basic, and he drags his feet. His freezes are simple and extreemely repetitive. So is his power. I AM ONLY TALKING ABOUT THIS BATTLE. I am not saying he sucks as a bboy or anything. Just what i see here. This is a battle not a trailer. Tonio repeats too.. Tonio has some crashes also... But what he has more than shigekix is way better toprock and footwork, and more ..way more originality. Execution is about the same IF you dont consider all of shigekix feet dragging. And you ask why the judges say tonio lost? Thats what i ask too.... Based on this.. Doesnt look that way. But 2 of the judges arent bboys and had some weird calls in other battles too so i question their ability.
