SCP OC idea: A normal guy who somehow got into The Foundation who knows nothing about anomalies but literally cannot leave The Foundation as an organisation, not matter what they do outside of outright killing him.

I feel like SCP Tiktok is similar to a giant sandpit, some people make huge intricate sculptures that loads of other people ooh and ah over and other people(like me) make fairly simple sandcastles that a couple of people like. I made a couple of different OCs and made a few videos for Tiktok and then got interested in other things, but I still follow Sherman here and am a patron over on Patreon. PS don't knock other people's sandcastles over!

I have an OC named ‘Dr Konnar Green’ he’s a bit like bright because *cough cough* i was struggling for ideas, he’s anomalous, and the thing that makes him anomalous are a pair of glasses which he accidentally made contact with, doing so altered reality so that no one can perceive him as he actually looks like, he has brown hair, blue eyes. But in the eyes of those who look at him he has blonde hair and green eyes. Although whenever he is injured the reality bending stuff stops allowing people to actually see what he looks like, before quick regeneration heals him up. That’s basically Dr Green, and I have no idea what else to do with him 😂

My OC, Dr. Regalo, is immortal but unlike... "He who must not be named"... She's basically her colleagues' mother figure because of how passive and soft-hearted she is at times. Though she has a random love for bringing Keter and Euclid anomalies on a walk and that was my friend's idea for her and I just agreed to put that in her character so she's not much of a party pooper.

*SCP OC idea: Researcher Stockwell*
Peter Stockwell, when he was a kid, had a close encounter with an escaped SCP-352 but managed to survive due to 352 being focused on his friend and simply didn't notice him, with Peter not telling anyone due to him believing that people would just call him crazy and also because of the trauma he experienced at the event and his guilt about not trying to save his friend and so doesn't want anyone to know about what he did.
Ever since, he's been obsessed with the anomalous and spends a lot of his years trying to find evidence of and trying to understand the anomalous, even earning multiple degrees and PHDs in order to have the knowledge necessary to do so.
Eventually, the Foundation found out about him and instead of killing him or giving him amnestics, they decided to recruit him due to his experience and qualifications, leading to my Peter becoming a researcher, although with a clear prejudice against humanoid anomalies (due to what happened with 352) that he's unable to act upon because of Foundation protocol.
However, in an ironic twist of fate, now Researcher Stockwell would end up being exposed to an unknown anomalous substance during a containment breach and is now technically considered anomalous, having limitless amounts of energy with him not even being able to sleep due to having so much energy which, while it did initially have some remarkable benefits to his performance as a researcher, it since hasn't been too good for his mental state with him now having to go through regular psychiatric evaluation to ensure he's mentally well enough to do his job. Meanwhile, Researcher Stockwell is actively trying to find alternative ways to get the same benefits he would if he could sleep
Ok, I'll give this whole "OC" thing a go
My OC shall be a janitor by the name of Lewis Cornwell. He is a man of slim stature, being around 5'6. He's just a regular man, not sure what an "SCP" really is, and just lives in total blindness. Nobody is sure how he even still works at site 64, yet nobody questions him. He just randomly appears in the site. Researchers have attempted to research Lewis Cornwell, but he has the ability to seemingly be ignored. Although he somehow has the Overseer Clearence, he's not an actual O5. This can't really "die" in a sense, but each time he is killed, he's brough back to life at a random location within the site. He feels all the pain that would've come with that specific death.

SCP oc idea| a guy who is just pretty normal but he has a closet that has endless amounts of cloths and each pair he puts on changes his personality and gives him relatively normal powers such as enhances strength and speed

I'd just go for a D-class/staff OC. He wouldn't be able to die cause of the amount of dangerous scp's, but would need to find the parts of his body to regenerate. Which would be a slow and painfull process. (Yes, very original, I know.)
My OC peepa butter can bend reality and shapeshift, but they’re either not in the correct mindset to/being technically too stupid or it causes, them immense pain.

My OC is an otherwise perfectly normal human, except she has a fully functional beating heart that's made entirely out of quartz (a literal heart of stone). She used to be a D-class personnel, and could not remember any of her own life prior to the Foundation, in large part due to the sheer amount of amnestics she's consumed over the course of her career.
I remember Dr. Sherman duetting a TikTok of an SCP-173 Hug Test proving successful, causing Sherman to comment "And now we've got to contain that person, because they're clearly anomalous." and that got me imagining my OC as that anomaly that got hugged by 173, and Dr. Bright as the one responsible for authorizing that test. This led to my OC's containment proposal and a new addition to the List of Things That Dr. Bright is Not Allowed to Do. (She was able to calm down 682 a few weeks later simply by holding out her hand, and after she escorted it back to its acid bath, every witness was quick to write down a play-by-play of that event causing the researchers to start researching her as an anomaly.)
I also like to think that she was born and raised inside of the Infinite IKEA, and that she was in her mid-20s when she found the exit.

my oc is just a D-Class with the ability to no feel pain and have regeneration simililar to 682, hes a regular human that gets ragdolled by the foundation whenever then need to test something.
Alright I'll give this a spin. OC Bob, Bob is a security guard that's worked at the foundation for long enough that most of the staff know him but no one has ever seen his face. The anomalless thing about Bob is, He's died multiple times but always shows up the next day. When asked about it he'll recall something different, Exp, shot in the head, bullet hit the helmet and knocked him out.
My oc is just a black guy with a small ball of light that constantly say "Hey! listen!"

Oc idea: Kelly the kleptomaniac shes a severe kleptomaniac and steals things and never gets caught with her persuasive abilities. and sometimes steals things anomulus and ignores the anomalus abilities of the item if she doesn't know the item is anomuls. she puts the stolen items in random places as to not cause suspicion. But besides that shes just your normal researcher

My scp oc/ocs is a father and son duo one is the anomaly the other is a scientist in the scp foundation. The backstory is that they're actually father and son but the kid ended up going into the father's office lab that was at home and accidentally knocked stuff over which got into the bloodstream from a scratch on his arm causing him to form into the anomaly he is in containment. The scp foundation doesn't know about the fact that the scientist is the father of the kid the anomaly used to be. The anomaly mostly has it's humanity but barely speaks and though it can kil you it typically won't kill someone unless it was made upset
My oc is named Dr. Thaumial and is a normal scientist who is underqalified for the job but was only picked because of his name, he doesn't know that and would be come depressed if he did
My oc is just a doctor from site-55, who deals with keter duty a lot but somehow survives each time through sheer will.

I'm working on an OC who is a werewolf. Superhuman strength, Speed, and claws that can damage metal and concrete. She's deathly allergic to anything silver to where the Foundation has allowed her to have an epipen on her person at all times and every guard, d-class, and scientist interacting with her is required to also keep an epipen on hand. She's breached containment a few times never maliciously but because she was bored and wanted to see if she could. Oh and no she cannot make werewolves by biting or scratching others and no the full moon is not a factor on her transformations. She was born a werewolf and yeah out there in the world somewhere is an entire pack of werewolves but she won't betray her pack to the Foundation much to their frustration. Oh hey if anyone out there has an idea for the SCP designation I should give myself let me know!

Well.. If she's overpowered for a purpose and not just because you want her to be, then maybe. Generally you don't want your characters to be overpowered for any reason, always make sure your character has weaknesses.

I made a researcher called dr clock hes basically about the above average high of a human and has black skin other than that hes normal except he has a clock for a head tho everyone and yes i mean everyone sees his head differently depending on what tyoe if clock they perfer like most task force members see his head as a wristwatch while other researchers see his head as a digital clock he was originally called scp 9192 (ps i made that bit up i have no idea if there even is an scp 9192) till he showed promising signs that he could help improve/accelerate research on many of the anomalys at different sites, also he has a bad habit of drinking energy drinks after one of the guards gave him a reign energy drink also he has grown an angry towards anyone who uses his head to tell the time he find it offensive
Quick update I just thought about, if someone or something sees Dr clocks head as an old fashioned clock like a grandfather clock and the hand are moving counter clockwise, it mean that the viewer has not much longer to live, once all the hands of the clock (hour, minute, second) the one who viewed his head as such has died from any sort of death, and no he does no cause it he can see everyone's life and how many years they have to live, the hands will only start to move when the viewer only has 12 hours or so before they meet their fates but if they have many many years left to live then this will not happen and they will see his head as their preferred clock, and a quick answers incase you ask no he can't control time, when the scp foundation found him he was alone tho he claims that there are more like him, if he does incounter a entity of his own species they do not see clock's on their heads they see a multitude of different mechanical faces from gears and cogs to digital (the only way he found out that he had a clock for a head was by one of the d-class making a very rude insult towards him)

SCP OC idea: A gamer one day walks outside to touch some grass and do other stuff. Suddenly he finds the SCP foundation. He walks in the foundation, The workers try to shoot him, Then he dodges most and gets hit by 3 bullets. In pain he rushes to a safe room. Inside was a techy purple suit, a RUclips play button, and a SEGA genesis console. In a panic, he puts on the suit just in time to hide from employees, then the unthinkable happened. He got springlocked. He screamed in pain as the employees watched in horror.. finally. It all stopped. He felt better again, yet stronger and better. His like to video games have came in handy. The employees knew this could be a new SCP. The employees then captured and took him to a cell. A gaming cell. He was class “Euclid” because he can be friendly.. or if you hurt him really bad and be mean, he will annihilate you. And this isn’t just some random story. This is SCP X.
This will be my idea, I will own rights to it but I’m chill if u take inspiration.

I have this anomalous SCP that’s humanoid enough and useful enough to be D-Class rank. Is that allowed? If I create an account on SCP wiki dot and create an SCP do I label them as an SCP and D-Class? I don’t see any D-Class characters on the website. How do I even mention that the SCP also works as D-Class in the file.. thing? Idk the SCP is just this humanoid person who can regenerate limbs that can take an a minute or a year depending how severe it is so it’s pretty standard to take advantage of something of that.

Yeah… he’s now completely changed and was just a being who thought there was no point in anything due to being caged by his father for experiments and for not looking like his siblings.
My thoughts for a charachter (pls nobody steal idea also roast me in the replys if you think this is too op i personally think it is super too op i just wanted to type this because its a ridiculous charachter concept) anyways my character would be a thaumiel class entity no sort of staff whatsoever at all he would have the abilty to use abilities or summon creatures and items from videos, movies, animations, or games he ever sees (creatures will always be under his control) so watches avengers boom has the ability to summon infinity gauntlet but each ability when used takes up energy so if not carefull he could easily die he gains a higher energy capacity the older he gets ( body always looks and stays as healthy as teen and energy recharges slowly when he is not using any ability) but there is a painfull price to pay the more abilities he learns the worse he gets when he uses an ability he doesnt lose his mind but he loses his heart his emotions all except for sadness and other bad emotions (this can last for weeks or months or years) the less powerfull an ability he uses the less he is affected by his curse he is also always in constant pain which gets worse when he uses abilities so he is extremely reluctant to use more than simple abilites like summoning weak items or summoning weak enrgy shields or minor spells he did fight off a strong entity once but he was left crippled for two years because of pain and emotional torment

I hate most SCP 'OCs' because they're self inserts with little to no original personality and are just used for 'haha funny' moments in SCP articles that aren't actually funny.
Dr. Bright, Dr. Clef for example. With Clef, however, he feels more grounded and it kinda depends on who's using him as a character. With Bright, it's just unfunny, and the issues pertaining to the man who made him don't make him any better.
