I removed all the sounds of punches hitting the willie bag. The last few 5-punch combo rounds are the repeat of each other; all the duplicate rounds were removed. The incoherent talking between sessions that extended rest periods beyond one minute was removed, and rest sessions shortened to precisely one minute.
I added the punching numbers to the video to help aid and possibly help those hearing-impaired. A round starts with "Begin," and the end ends with "Time." People might be lost with the last round, so I included a list of possible 5-punch combinations that I've heard called by Cus D'amoto.
Cus D'amato Number System:
1 - Left Hook to the Jaw
2 - Straight Right
3 - Left Uppercut to the Bottom of the Chin
4 - Right Uppercut to the Botton of the Chin
5 - Left Hook to the Liver
6 - Right Hook to the Spleen
7 - Jab to the Head
8 - Jab to the Body

I was able to clean up and advanced the audio but it’s not possible with every audio recording out there. I’m going to make more and in the future try to enhance the audio better using machine learning.

They way the punches are numbered is not the same as we typically know them right? Did D’Amato numbered punches differently to create his own rutine?
Not so much just for his system, but during bouts, it would be unfamiliar to many opposing fighters. The information did not travel like it did, even in the 90s, compared to today.

Cus D'amato Number System:
