I had both S100 and S95, in bright daylight, you can't tell which camera produce better picture. But indoor and low light big different between them. S95 can't use iso above 400 without notice lots of noise, with S100 u can use till ISO 1600 still very usable. I compare them in low light. Is shocking the S100 indoor and low light image is as good as M4/3 with their kit lens.
Thank you for the in depth difference review of these 3 models. It has been most informative. I know there have been a few negative reviews on the s100, but I'm still getting one anyway. I think its a great point and shoot camera all around with the features that I want the most. I can't believe the difference in Image Quality is all that much different, and you can still edit it in your program of choice. Thanks for the review!
A very comprehensive presentation... I love it! I also have all three of these exceptional cameras; and, I couldn't imagine myself "juggling" all three at the same time. Thanks for sharing!
if you do +20 in saturation and +20 in contrast the s100 pics will "pop" just as much as the s95 ones. and you'll have better signal to noise. alternatively you can play with aperture. I find the AUTO mode gives the least interesting pictures, in Manual I almost feel like on a DSLR :-) after over a week of online and magazine comparisons I've bought the s100 and i am quite pleased (except for the video recording length limits, that's my only complaint)
@BestJinjo Click the link in the description to see 3 sample pictures and videos taken with the respective cameras. You can compare them yourself. Give me your email and i'll send your the full resolution photos and the exif will have all the iso info and etc if you want. I myself find the s100 to be more crisp and vivid. You can see that in the image at the flower center. Battery life seems to be the same. I haven't used the GPS feature much, but I am usually running my eye-fi (wifi).
Awesome review. It would have been great if you mentioned anything about the image quality differences for those cameras, their respective noise levels at ISOs, etc. I have an S90 and even the S100 doesn't seem like a huge upgrade in image quality from what I read online. Do you find that these cameras are more or less comparable in image quality? Also, how does the battery life compare between them? The GPS feature is cool but does it drain the battery excessively when it's on?
you are the only person that has done a camera review that actually knows what they are talking about... thanks for the video
S90 fanboy here. I'll go for a S95 or 100 at some stage 2nd hand probably.

Thanks for the video. It is really useful to scuba divers using the S90 and want to upgrade to S95 without changing the DC-35 underwater case.
I just bought a second hand s90. TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE MENU🙂🤔

Great review! Wish you had more sample pictures on your website for comparison.
The S95 is the best one. I had the S110 and the pictures were not as good. Plus, i hated the texture on the S110 and it was bigger and heavier.
