This house has been on the market for a while now. It's a cute home. The tile in the kitchen isn't very nice. I love the cozy master bedroom. And it's in a nice neighborhood. I've seen different videos of this same home, but I like that you showed the pool area.
I liked it a lot - the floor plan was practical and flowed well, but those tile (although beautiful) really don't look like they are a good color combo with the new cabinets. Maybe it looks better in person though - screens can do odd things esp to greens and yellows. Pool looked lovely, I'd just be concerned that there would be too little privacy/too many overy involved neighbors in a small community like that.
Lots and lots and lots of stair steps leading into the house and inside the house. Not an expert in Ajijic area real estate values but it does seem expensive.
Hi rick miss maasbach here.looking for housing we had to return to usa but thinking of coming back very soon mabe by sept. Do you have homes available?
Exactly. These houses in expat areas are probably only cheap to people from Los Angeles or Seattle. I can find a beautiful condo for this price in America. What is the appeal of moving to a different country (particularly third world) to pay the same as you would pay in the US? These expat areas are becoming unaffordable and that’s kind of going against the point of moving there. Ridiculous.

Alamos Sonora is just like that...too many overly involved neighbors looking for jobs, freebies, money for medicine. You name it.
@@mariajoseolivas8610 thanks for the information - I appreciate it :)
Love it except the tile in kitchen
Thanks Rich!
Thank you for watching 👍😊
I looked at this in January.

Not fond of the busy tile!
nothing bad about the place? seems there would be some concerns.
Nice. But looks like a fishbowl. Not private
You’re right, no privacy. Price is too high

Being sold furnished?
Hi Tim, it is being sold unfurnished. However, there is a furniture package. Cheers Rich
Very nice condo
Thank you 😊👍
OVERPRISED
She’s a beaut…
I don’t think it’s worth the price at all.

This is not a bargain, particularly for Mexico. No thanks.
The tiles in the kitchen…not tasteful. No privacy in the patio area. Priced too high
Very overpriced!! And double fees, fracc plus condo fees!!
