Good morning sir. I have being following your post , I made this type o inverter circuit it's works but, it gives 200 volts when i plugs fan it will dropped to 120v or 140v. Sir what will I do to make it stronger
A transformer should not and does not get hot during normal operations. In fact not losing energy as heat is one of the main reasons behind using a transformer instead of a voltage divider to lower voltage in a circuit. The windings might get warm to touch, that too under load, but not too much.
@@pratikmukherjee402 ok can your circuit use 24 volt as it is because am using mosfet and a 555 timer but the mosfet can Switch on and of even with a totem pole amplifier the mosfet still won’t turn on and the 10k gate to source resistance pull down all the volt to ground so the gate not turn on fully so no inverter happens just the transformer buzzing and get hot and mosfet hot some burn up I see a lot of 555 inverter and I use all of them circuits I get not inverting with the 20 volt the mosfet is rated for 60 volt I need to some help to understand why this not working
@@Dc_tech386 A set of transistors or mosfets actually drive 24 V DC modified through PWM in case of sine wave inverters , the driving pulse generated by the IC 555 and another ( I dont remember the specs of the bigger IC). So there is really slim chance that things could go wrong. However, if one of the transistors (or mosfets) in either of the two transistor/mosfet banks s start acting up, the primary winding of the transformer would lose its balance and start overheating, causing other mosfets/transistors to malfunction, the entire problem spiralling up. This is called Cascading, and is common in inverters. You need to check and replace all the driver transistors/mosfets even if they appear healthy
@@pratikmukherjee402 ok I understand but i notice the 555 timer generated 5 volt at 500 milliamperes and the mosfet need need up to 20 volt for fully functional switching even though the data sheet said is minimum of 4 to 5 volt for turn up but the mosfet refused to conduct switching at that voltage I use the same 5 volt to turn it on in pwm driving turn the voltage up and down for my hho generator and the mosfet work perfectly in the state but when I invert it the other side which i use the bjt to split the signal not switching on and on when the mosfet is connected to it the duty cycle drop to 2.9 from 50 % duty only the 555 signal it self stay switching I even use two totem drivers for it and the bjt side stay drop out even though the data sheet clearly said npn bjt for splitting the signal so I don’t understand why the bjt dropping out

El usa un transformador de microonda , de 15-0-15 vueltas y le da un votage alrededor de salida de 180-190v si quieres más alto enbobinalo entre unas 9-12 vueltas para 220-230v. Nota : es mucho mejor resultado toroidal o incluso de las derrotas que salen de los fly black de televisores resiclados de 2 décadas pasadas.
Connection of Collector timble on the transistor coming from transformer to the heatsink is wrong . The transistor may Fry due to heat because it's not attached to the heatsink properly.
He did not. 3000W implies that the battery current is 250Amps. His battery wires and emitter and collector wires are too thin. They would smoke if he puts the current like that through these wires.

No les recomendaría este transistor para un inversor,por su baja potencia. Yo ya lo he probado en inversores dándome resultados insatisfecho a mediano plazo.

@@manuelsoriano1524 va depender de lo que quieras obtene en la salida, ya que si el embobinado ya sea aluminio bañado en cobre a siendo cobre puro, sera las diferencias en su salida, pues segun el osculador que estes generando por cada vuelta al nucleo del trandormador deberia darte unos 0.6-0.7v similar a un diodo rectificador, ya respectivamente le das vuelta a ese entorno el cual estes oscilando ya sea 3-8-12-24-48v sacas al calculo aproximado y lo testeas en su salida, por ejemplo si son 12v son alrededor de 15 vueltas, pero si quieres a que te dure mas y no tenga mas calentamiento al nucleo, de eras enrollar con un diametro mas delgado, unaz 48-72vueltas eso ara que su durabilidad sea mucho mayo, as las practicas y ve lo que mas te Convenga, no siempre las pruebas son iguales para los trandormador, segun su creacion a fabrica.

Each 3055 can handle 20 watts only, so 14 of them are used in a 300VA (280 watts) commercial inverter. 3000 Watts is a fib. It could have very well been advertised as 30000 watts. Running a grinder doesnt mean a thing.

The transformer terminals under the 2N3055 prevent the transistor from resting well against the metal sheet.
