Cheers mate. I've noticed since that many of my Assa cylinders have the hole and thread for this bar, but they use the normal plugs to retain the springs.
Not true at least in Ruko’s. What you can see however is masterpinning, so that if the key inserted on the inside lock, it won’t be able to unlock the outside. But the normal house will open both.
I have an ASSA ruko 2 padlock. It’s not a twin. But the key suggests that it has 7 pins. Is that right? Having loads of trouble with ASSAs. I have 12 of them, non picked so far.
I have had ruko 2s with 5 pin and 6 pin cores but I've never seen a 7 pin core in them. I found that progressively pinning really helped me with assa/ruko locks. Maybe see if that can help?
@@Dmaclocksport Yeah man. I’m biting the bullet and disassembling it. I have a reload kit so flying bits and pieces shouldn’t be a problem. I have the right picks but they are slightly too short to get to the last one. Long key and the last pin position is high compared to the one before it (of course).
Aw shiny beautiful locks and some beautiful picking. Nice D. Always a treat to see you behind the lock. Take care.
You spotted me then? Yep, it definately was a shiny fella 😁👍🏻
Beautiful locks. Nasty bitting. Great picking. 👍
Thanks, indeed, and thanks again 🙂👌🏻
Im. Just learning my Assa 600 for the first time, this video really helps 👍. Heavy tension until u need to let off and turn 😊.thanks brother Dmac❤
Great work picking that awesome lock. That bar insert is very convenient👍

@@Dmaclocksport I did see such a hole on the other cylinder you showed. Odd
Made it look easy buddy and that bitting was crazy
Thanks. I have been putting in the hours with these barell pins 😅👍🏻
Goddam! So shiny and purty! Almost like jewelry 😂👏. Great pickin man!
Cheers mate! 😁👍🏻
As always very good picking and video buddy :).
Also, I wish more locks could be gutted like that - very cool
Cheers. I'd not come across that system before. Super easy to gut or progressively pin. I like.
And of course, no bloody C.clip to fight with! 😁👍🏻
That bar is absolutely genius!
@@PickedItMate isnt it just? 👌🏼
Also I was told Scandinavian oval cylinders have 1 less pin in the internal than external. Let us know if that's true if you Gut it :D
This one had the same in both sides mate 👍🏻

Maybe the Assa 700 especially if it has Xmas tree and/or gin top pins, deep undercuts in the plug and torpedo key pins
