    To your point about lighting, I think especially the recessed can lighting is going to be more for whenever you are cleaning. Some lights you don’t need super often but when you do need them, you wish they were there. This includes having good powerful overhead lighting so that you can see everything you need to clean! That’s how it goes in my mom’s house, we almost never use the overhead lights unless we are cleaning.

    Don’t kick yourself for not having gotten stuff done this past year. You were pregnant and had a baby. You’re doing great getting back on track. I’m a lot like you about being productive and getting stuff done. I made long lists daily on what I needed to get done. You are doing remarkably well getting your content for vlogs/videos done AND getting the house back in order from a major reno and the holidays. You are doing great and I love your content! Thanks for your hard work as I’m too old to work that hard anymore but it’s nice living through you lol! Well done, very active, though I imagined you would build a shed from scratch with wood...thought it would fit your teak pool furniture better than the plastic, though I get it if you need sth quick, a ready to go shed ofourse works...😅 I also assumed you would use it more for pool accesoirces and gardining tools. I would keep the christmas stuff rather together in one place, but that may just be me 😅

    For the smaller gardening tools you can buy ,but given your talent you could probably make, something that hangs on the inside of the door with pockets for the tools, they will be easier to get to and see . Also a tip for your garden plant pots ,in the spring its worth giving them a slow release plant food and / or top dressing with some fresh compost, a couple of inches, it really helps to keep your plants healthy and it also looks nice x

    How do you know the Christmas decor won’t mold being in the shed especially with the warm weather

  • @glendashine9468
    @glendashine9468 10 дней назад +1

    Im always impressed when you get out there and build something by yourself! You don’t wait around for Romeo to do it for you. I am worried about your new Christmas things being in the shed. I use those exact tubs and they are closed but not sealed. Moisture can get into them and mold can grow. I speak from experience! I would exchange Xmas for something else less affected by moisture. I understand why you had to put the hose bib inside so that the shed could fit up against the wall. You have allowed another access for rain or run off coming into that hole. It might be better to make a horizontal inset that inserts itself into the shed space but is sealed off from the inside. Turn the fixture so it faces to one side or other inside the inset and keep the hose outside the back of the shed and take the hose to hang up outside of the shed. Is it possible the hose can accidentally be turned even a small amount by something bumping into it? Would the shovels or rakes be too heavy hanging on the door? All of that vertical space on that side is open and can be put to great use instead of a few things on the floor on that side.
    I am not being critical, I just want you to get the maximum joy of having that she’d work FOR you because you work so hard in all of the areas of your life, including bringing joy to us, your viewers!

    The lighting that you added is a luxury item that home as gorgeous as yours would be expected to have. Despite that you are not selling this home any time soon if you ever wanted to the home would read as a fully designed home. Thus hopefully getting a better offer with your high end finishes.
    I like the shed I would just worry about it having the indoor decor that you have curated for your home. Whereas the outdoor lights and decor are designed for more inclement weather. I just worry about mold with the hose moisture.

    Very nice shed. A wire shelving unit for the right side would be great.

    Do you mind reminding us where to shop for your blue floral dishes? Specifically the bowl you made your oatmeal in? Your videos bring me so much calm!❤

    Hi MaCenna ! Love you and your content !!! Agree with someone else about caulking all the seams in your new shed and I was also thinking you could make a shelf-like support to hold at least 1 more of your storage bins to get the most use out of that space . You know how they have those things for your kitchen cabinets to be able to stack things better . Not a very good explanation but just another idea for you ( like you actually need more ideas than you already have - LOL 😂 ) Take care and God bless you !

    I need one of those sheds so bad but I saw a lot of them don’t have bottoms and ones that are big enough for lawn equipment are priiiiiiiicey! I figured you would have built a shed yourself 😄

      I think she prefers working with wood. Do they sell pieces like these someone could use for DIY?

    Maybe you could get a bag to hang on the hook in the shed with your extra garden tools that would make easy to grab and store

    After saying that you maybe installed too many lights and aren’t using all of them… camera turns around and present every light is turned on 😂 enjoy that kitchen with all the lights :) that’s a very good problem to have :D
