- Synopsis
What started from exam cheating in the classroom escalated to stealing a national test paper. These are not your everyday students. They’re a reflection of the cheating that happens at every level in Thai society.
Lin: (Plearnpichaya Komalarajun) A genius who cheats for revenge against the school. Hoping to reclaim the tea money her father (Saksit Tangthong) paid to the Headmistress (Apasiri Chantrasmi).
Bank: (Jinjett Wattanasin) A son who is dutiful to his mother (Ratchanok Sangchuto) but has to cheat because fate is always playing tricks with him.
Pat: (Paris Intarakomalyasut) The son of a wealthy family who cheats because he’s pressured by his father (Willie McIntosh) who is the family’s dictator.
Grace: (Sawanya Paisarnpayak) It's not clear why this young girl cheats. Is it because she’s swayed by her friends? For the love of her life? Or is it really for herself?
Guaranteed with different versions and various forms of drama unlike the movie. Whether it be family drama between Lin and her mother (Rasee Diskul Na Ayudhya), who left her to start a new family. Love/Revenge drama between Lin - Bank and Pat - Grace. Drama exposing the dark side of exam “stand-ins”, with Ms Music (Siraphan Wattanachinda) the sly head-hunter tutor.
Don’t miss the conclusion that is unlike the movie version, because their cheating is not only bold but also challenging at a national level.

I thought I would be disappointed with the new cast since the first movie set very high standards, but FOUR EPISODES IN and I'm hooked. The story plot is much different, the casts acted incredibly well in each character, and there is so much more character development than the movie one since this series has a longer screen time. I love the depth of the story and each character, instead of just focusing on Lin and Bank.

People really need to watch the series before judging it. The story is somehow different (expanded) and thus the characters are different. I love the original cast & original movie but after watching 3 episodes, I understand why the new cast is needed. They so far have been doing well.
I agree at first, the storyline was kinda predicted and expected but as the story goes on you will see the series as a more different one with the movie. I love the movie but I can say that this one is better and more detailed. I just finished watching it last night and I guarantee that you will not regret watching it. Love the ending. I wish there will be a season 2 plsss....

If you liked the movie, then you'll love the series. This offers so much in terms of chemistry and character development that even the movie couldn't pull off. At first I also thought that I might have a hard time trying to get the image of the original cast out of my mind but right from episode 1, they already made the characters their own.

This is far better than an original movie , for my opinion , specially story line plot has more detail to make it more interesting to watch , all 4 main characters cast are also super , don't miss an opportunity to watch this masterpiece series , just because you think it will not be better than an original one , because you are wrong .
The actors really portrayed their characters very great. Cinematography is flawless. The story made my heart race, and the plot is thrilling, at the same time, made me emotional. Overall, this is a must-watch series! I bingewatched this because I can’t get it out of my head lmao kudos to the team for a job well done!!! 👏🥳🧡

A must must watch...and i advice all to watch it after you have the movie of same name!...I thought that I won't be able to like the series cast after seeing the movie cast..but I was proved wrong... Series lead cast have done a fantastic job!!

Let's not be biased while watching this series? Movies have high standards for sure but let me tell you that this series is really very good than expected!! It would give you chills, will keep you on edge and has so much thrill and anticipation that I binge watched it. I'm not even tad bit disappointed. Really it's an amazing remake.

when u copy almost the exact plot from the original you should've just taken the original cast as well. if your gonna use a new cast use a new story line as well like a spin off. i just wish this will have a different ending than the movie. something like a heist movie with a succesful goal of cheating the system. that will be badass and set this in a different tone than the actual movie

Have you even watched the series yet? Besides there are only two episodes so far. It's a bit too early for judgement isn't it? I saw the two episodes and I like it better than the movie. So far, the series and movie are quite different.

The movie is so good that I always thought it'll be hard to top it but I'm excited for this too. The girl who played Lin in the movie did such an amazing job including the rest of the cast. In my opinion, they shouldn't make this series. The movie itself was phenomenal and should've left alone.
Im a fan of the "Bad Genius" movie and the time it came to me that you will serve it as a series, I am very excited. The series brings me the same feeling as I've watched the movie. What makes it more interesting is it gives up a glimpse of every character's story and why they dive into the situation. You all are great.

For the director or GDH to see, the storyline is amazing. Though the first few episodes had me doubting the series but like the saying that goes around don’t judge a book by its cover. Those similarities were just a hook to maintain the theme of bad genius but actually the movie and the series are made uniquely. Both are undeniably good and remarkable in its own way. Finished watching this series, left me in awe! I really hope and would love to have a season 2 of the series. I want to see how they will operate their new plan at the ending they mentioned. (Sorry, hope this was not a spoiler)

His real name is Jaonaay and fun fact he was the one who sang for the closing ost.!! (yes he's a singer)
I used to get paid for homeworks and sometimes semester exams in senior highschool (in my school, if someone didn't do the homeworks correctly, they'd be given another homeworks until they get a decent score; and they won't be allowed to participate school exams if they didn't 'finish' their homeworks, so no exams = remedials, these remedials must be conducted at the school-holidays). I made so much money, I even bought a brand new Laptop with it. My teachers never really found out, they only showed suspiscions sometimes. But since I was such a good student and thrustworthy in front of them, they trusted what I said XD. Life really is amusing. On the other hand they are my friends, I wanted to help them as possible as I could, but since I was so terrible at teaching, they gave up learning and offered me this 'brain-money exchange'..
My school intuitions costed much more than in the written school intuitions letter ( like we had to pay for monthly-student-council-fees, which appeared out of the blue), so the line ''school takes from us, why can't we take from school'' was so relateable for me at that time.

To be honest the series contains more detailings , romance , emotion and drama .
If you like the movie you will be surprised at the series . They also focused on non copy scenes unlike in the movie that focused on the copy scenes that life. They also didnt make the other charecters bad where in the movie charecters except Linn has ended up bad . Its a moral based series ...i would highly recommend...
