Thanks, great review. Can the Mino be taken out of restricted mode to go a bit faster do you know please? I love petrol mini bikes, I'm quite intrigued by this little e bike.
Thanks for the great review. Just wondering what happens when you activate the front or rear break in the middle of a corner. On other small EVs i've tested, activating the break automatically cuts power to the motor which can make mid corner control difficult. Is that the case with the Tromox Mino?
Yes you can tune them by plugging them into a laptop and using the correct software but as a dealer we are not legally allowed to tell you how to do this as it will not longer meet the certification it was granted originally
@@MotoGBofficial Ah ok cool. I understand the legality issue for you but only knowing they can be made faster in some way makes this an option. I mean since you can buy electric scooters that go like 90km/h yet illegal but still. Thanks for the answer! 👍
it would be ideal for a 5-mile-a-day commute, a full charge which costs less than £1 would likely last you all week, be miles cheaper than a car, but also cheaper and much more fun than using the bus too!
@@MotoGBofficial Right seems like the way forward. I spotted them on Ebay, i like the look of them. Used to have an MSX, life got in the way and i unwillingly sold it. This seems like a nice tool for the job.
@Scroatal Octopus I havent got.a Tromox. I presume it will do close to the 75 miles it claims to do in standard mode. I would only buy this bike in a pinch as i have actual motorcycles.
Yes, the one being ridden in the video is an early demo model which was still in KM's but all the ones sold at dealerships will be set to MPH with the option to change to KM's
Hi Hoomee, yes as a dealer we can only sell them restricted for legal reasons but if an end-user does their homework they can find out how to increase both acceleration and top speed
Excellent Video…Thank you for all the info 🤙
Hello its me 😂😂😂, such a great Video. How it works with this Song to Start this Bike? Oh my gosh thats a brilliant idea

is there any way to unlock the speed of this one, like you can do with the surrons and such?
Compared to a regular gas moped is it possible to tune an electric one?
Maybe to make it go around 70km/h or so.

Can you do it with Ukko S as well? It would be awesome if it would hit 110 or 120km/h @@MotoGBofficial
How fast it goes to 30mph? More than 5sec?
Would this be worth having for 5 miles a day commute?

@@MotoGBofficial Also, i dont need the restriction for the speed limiter, is there a way to remove this? As i have a full licence.
@Scroatal Octopus Supposedly, i presume it is de restricted electronically.

can you change the kmh on the speedometer to mph?

Can these be jail broken to increase its speed

@Scroatal Octopus nope it requires software and plugging into a laptop
