- David Nevins (Showtime), Kevin Reilly (Fox Broadcasting), John Landgraf (FX Network) and Ted Sarandos (Netflix) join THR executive editor Matt Belloni and THR television editor Lacey Rose for a candid conversation on the direction of television.
I appreciate the hosts for letting them have the discussion without interference
These round tables are always so very interesting. I would love to see one with the people behind the music of shows. Grey's Anatomy, Breaking Bad, Glee, The Walking Dead, GIRLS, shows are now doing such a great job of picking the music they put in the shows and actually managing to launch those musicians careers, I want to see how that's done.

This was a fantastic roundtable. A great group of individuals for this one.
Ted Sarandos got all the execs at the end. That was beautiful!
Haha, poor Netflix guy. They're all going in on him. I don't blame them either. Certainly the Netflix model is a harbinger of change in the industry which might mean some of these guys are out of a job.
excellent talk - more like this HR - well done
i freaking love these roundtables by THR. do more do more!
One day i'll have my own network... dreams are valid!
Ted's model is the future of television.
Ya'll need to stop HATIN' on Netflix! Just catch up! That is all. Period.
I was very impressed with the Netflix representative. I felt he was the one who really shined in this discussion. He handled himself very well even though it just seemed like this was a whinning session from the broadcast TV executives & Netflix was their repeated scapegoat & an unfair target
Please get AMC, HBO and NBC on the next one.
Nothing.

HUH?
Great discussion about the true landscape of broadcast television, basic cable and netflix. My favorite term from this is "hammock effect",,,lol
Love the last zinger made by Netflix
wonder how many lawsuits these guys have had against em....
times they is a changin huh.
They should have got AMC on and insult the shit out of him for firing Frank Darabont haha.
Orange Is the New Black is the most talked about show in the my circle in the Midwest. At work, in the neighborhood, and with my friends. Netflix hits it out of the park again. Fascinating how Netflix is changing the viewing habits of Americans. Talk about a game changer.
I love this so much i always wanted to know
Loved the accounting talk! :)
Ironic, because TV was accused of messing things up for radio and cable was accused of messing things up for broadcast TV and reality was accused of messing things up for scripted--- so basically something new will eventually be on Netflix's trail. I loved this panel my favorite so far.
Ted and John need to have dinner and drinks.
Ted is such a good sport being picked on xD
Its also so clear than John doesn't like him haha
They're haters! Jealousy is cruel! Lower overhead, high profit! Ha ha! Eat it!
Poor Ted he's being so picked on. ABC, NBC, CBS, and AMC exec's should have been there too.
I like them they have personality completely opposite of what I have to deal with with the president
My name is Michelle Kosik and I’ll be in touch
Are there no women executives?
Meet in downtown Denver for meeting?
This is really hard to follow.
If you do make a deal it cannot interfere in my lawsuit against him for the money they Owe me . That’s all I ask
Can you please get rid of Marshall Mathers. If you’re affiliated with Sony
