    Just bought two of these - look awesome. What did you use to programme the white light chases sequences in? I am using soundswitch for DMX programming and cant figure out how to get that effect. I am also looking to have these two fixtures in master slave so identical (either side of DJ booth, verticial) and also cant work out how to do that - they will be in the middle of a daisy chain of other fixtures. thanks

      Hallo Purplewing! Thanks for your comment and your feedback. For the programming of our PT-100/32 pixel tubes we used the Madrix software. We hope this helps you. You can also find the software from Madrix in our online shop: www.steinigke.de/index.php?searchparam=madrix&cl=search&searchType=products

    Hey there, very interested in these lights. Is the sensitivity adjustable for the sound active mode? Also, is there anywhere I can see a demo of these lights in sound active mode? Assuming this demo was all programmed and not sound active.

      Hello Lincon Stewart, unfortunately i don't have a demo at hand, but the sensitivity can be adjusted in 9 steps.

    Any idea's on how to mount these vertically with a stand?

    • @eurolitevideo
      @eurolitevideo  3 года назад +1

      Hi! Sorry for the late answer! The brackets are at the back of the tubes. You actually mount them to the trussing. Unfortunately we don't have an extra stand for this in our assortment. You could build a bracket out of a 1-way cross beam. We hope this helps you. Greetings from Germany!

    I think it’s gonna be difficult to program all these in this exact way as they would require each strip on a separate channel, unless you provided a controller with this inbuilt? Which from what I can tell you don’t. I have DMX software I’d simple put them all on the same channel. Also I’d want to have them working wirelessly is there a way to do this?

    • @eurolitevideo
      @eurolitevideo  10 месяцев назад

      Actually, it's not complicated. Especially if you use software, you can simplify a lot of things that you would have to create individually on an analog light mixer. We have several options for wireless. We have summarized this in a video:

    Does this work together with rekordbox lighting in an automated way? Thinking about pairing these with the FLX10

    • @eurolitevideo
      @eurolitevideo  Год назад

      Hi Felix, thank you for your interest in our products! Since recordbox lighting is not a product of ours, we cannot offer support for it. For this, you would have to contact recordbox directly. Our products are generally controllable with any DMX controller that has enough DMX channels and the desired functions. So in principle this should work.
      Many greetings from Waldbüttelbrunn

      Hi Eric! Thanks for your comment and your interest in our products. The technical basis of the devices is identical. Once it is a tube with a tubular frosted glass cover. In the other case it is a rail. In other words, a flat cover. We hope this helps you. Greetings from Germany!

      Hi! Vielen Dank für dein Kommentar! Unsere Pixelrail besitzen interne Programme, die du auch ohne Controller abrufen kannst. Oder du nutzt einen kleinen DMX-Modus mit zum Beispiel 8 Kanälen. Somit kannst du auch die verschiedenen Programme oder Farben aufrufen. Das wäre zum Beispiel auch über unseren Colorchief DMX Controller möglich. Wir könnten dir ein Bibliotheksfile für den Pixel Rail zur Verfügung stellen, mit dem du direkt loslegen kannst. Grüße aus Waldbüttelbrunn!

    Hi, how are these for flicker with video frame rates, are there any issues? Or can I purchase these and shoot 24 frames a second with no issue?

      @eurolitevideo  3 года назад +1

      Hi David! Thank you very much for your comment and your interest in our LED PT-100 Pixel Tube. In this case we would rather advise you to use our Pixel Rail: www.steinigke.de/de/mpn51928609-eurolite-led-pr-100-32-pixel-dmx-rail.html We will test it for you tomorrow to see exactly how it behaves when filming with 24 framers per second and get back to you as soon as possible. Greetings from Germany!

    • @eurolitevideo
      @eurolitevideo  2 года назад +1

      Hello David,
      thank you very much for your inquiry and your interest in our pixel effects. We have tested your scenario with the PT-100and the PR-100 and have come to the following conclusion: At a recording rate of 24 fps, the recording is flicker-free as long as the lights are operated at 100% - without dimming. Once the lights are dimmed, the shot must be taken at an exposure rate of 1/24 second to remain flicker-free.Unfortunately, at all shorter exposure times, there is noticeable flicker. If you need more information about this, feel free to contact me at marketing@steinigke.de .

    • @davidscott5223
      @davidscott5223 2 года назад

      Thank you for your response... Do you have any product similar that is flicker free when you dim the fixture when shooting at 24 frames per second?

    • @eurolitevideo
      @eurolitevideo  2 года назад

      Hi, unfortunately we do not have any other product in our range that meets these requirements.

    • @davidscott5223
      @davidscott5223 2 года назад +1

      Ah okay, I was hoping you had.
      I'd love if you considered this for future products as you would open up a huge market in video production companies using your products for music videos and practical lighting in film production.
      I would be more than happy to do vigurous testing and give feedback for R&D for this potential market for you.
      David

    Laufen die Tubes zusammen mit dem Eurolite Easy Show Lichtpult?

    • @eurolitevideo
      @eurolitevideo  3 месяца назад

      Leider nein. Die PT-100 sind für Pixelanwendungen konzipiert und brauchen daher sehr viele DMX Kanäle. Der Easy Show kann das leider nicht leisten.

    • @steel.official
      @steel.official 3 месяца назад

      @@eurolitevideo Danke für die Info. Gibt es einen alternativen Tube von euch, der mit dem Easy Show läuft?

    • @eurolitevideo
      @eurolitevideo  3 месяца назад

      Hi, die PT-100 könnten im 3-Kanal Modus mit dem Easy Show angesteuert werden, dann sind allerdings keine Pixeleffekte möglich.
      Auch andere Tubes sind mit dem Easy Show leider nur als ganze Röhre ohne Pixel ansteuerbar. Für eine echte Pixelsteuerung empfiehlt sich die Software Madrix :)

      Habe mir vor 2 Wochen drei Tubes der "vorvorgänger-Version" (IP 20) gekauft. Zusammen mit einem günstigen Interface (wie zB. dem Enttec Open DMX, ca 60€) und der kostenlosen Open-Source Software DMXControl kann man relativ kostengünstig die Tubes ansteuern!
      Lohnen sich auf jeden Fall, sehen echt geil aus! Vor allem, wenn man selber über DMX paar Sequenzen programmiert.
      Aber die Tubes haben ja auch einen Automatik-Modus mit einfachen vorprogrammierten Programmen ;)
