- Kirk is best known for starring in ITV’s The Only Way Is Essex, Celebrity Big Brother, and Ex On The Beach. Kirk has two young children, and in recent years has swapped the glittering showbiz world for a quieter life, focusing on his own jet washing business and family. Tragically, in January 2021 Kirk lost his father - fellow TOWIE star and entrepreneur Mick Norcross - to suicide. In a TV exclusive, Kirk joins us for his first interview since Mick’s death, to spread a vital message of mental health awareness, and support our Stand by your Men campaign, which encourages other men to speak out if they are struggling.

Had to come and rewatch this interview as I've just started TOWIE from the very beginning again. Mick was such a lovely person and an absolute gent. It's heartbreaking to wonder what he must have been thinking/feeling to want to end it. Bless you Kirk, sending you lots of healing x

Came to this after listening to Kirk on the Liam tuff podcast. He seems like a top man who’s grown a lot. These women are everything that’s wrong with modern day. It’s all about them
My dad took his own life. I totally understand every feeling and emotion he is feeling. Losing a parent to suicide is the worse pain. His dad would be proud of how his son is trying to turn a tragedy into helping others. To anyone out there that is struggling please talk to someone because whatever it is don't end it all because it's the people you leave behind that also suffer. I just want to say to my dad that I have forgiven you and it's ok. I am at peace with it now.
Hi I’m sorry about your loss I went through this with my big brother and he took his life at the age of 27. I was 24 this was 2 years ago now and the pain and questions don’t ease, I don’t think I’ll ever get over it tbh. So sad I miss my brother so much ❤ and love him so much but finding it hard to cope with what has been left behind the sadness and pain in my parents faces and my little sister and rest of the family it’s unbearable watching the pain of others and coping with the loss of my brother too. I love you Ryan rest in peace ❤ thank you for sharing because i have these feelings too and wondered if it’s normal and you made me feel better stating that you have begun to forgive him. I’m getting there. Take care

He is amazing for doing this and how he deals with this and how he doesn’t mind talking about his mental health or crying and I love that , men think it’s weak to cry or talk to someone but it isn’t it is normal
These women just harrass this man with such intense questions, when you know hes struggling
My heart breaks for him, you can see it’s literally changed him as a person.
I wish I could meet Kirk and give him a massive hug and say make peace with yourself.

@@wokebutbroke6990 its a neurodivergent thing ! I make mistakes. I'm learning all the time. I understand suicide quite well though as I've had one attempt that failed. Thank goodness for that as I've come out the other side beachy head chaplaincy team do good work every day of the year. Please donate if you can.
