This view shows scenes at Ballinamore and a working on the Arigna Branch on the penultimate day of operations on 30 March 1959. The clip features unique unpublished footage of the tramways section with close ups of former Tralee and Dingle Light Railway 2-6-2T number 5T. The train was packed to the balconies, it included a group of local school children.
