As a toddler teacher, I say don’t be afraid to let Shine explore other art materials, just put him in the high chair when he’s using them so the clean up is easier. And maybe go for books. Read to him and savvy. When your ready to donate the old toys, see if there is a daycare near you that will take them. We always need stuff, as long as it doesn’t have missing pieces or is broken.
I definitely miss this age range…everything for them was such a surprise & so exciting! My boys are now 16 & 10 but I still do the same traditions from when they were younger, the best memories!

My favorite part at Christmas was always wrapping the gifts 😊 because it is such a pleasure to do something that we know it's going to be so awesome for our children I haven't been able to do it until almost 3 years which is horrible but I'm hoping that changes soon and it's awesome to watch another parent do something like that to be able to surprise their children because that is one thing as a parent that is so amazing is to see that big smile on their babies face❤
