Salaam, no one believes the Prophet (PBUH) is like me and you. He is the best of creation. However what is meant by his is like me and you (Quran 18:110) is that he was Bashr (Human) like me and you. Barelwi's tend to exaggerate and say he was made from noor (light) which is in total contradiction to the Quran and testimony of the Prophet (PBUH).
