I think that this Eliza as a defensive unit (unless the AI is buffed and when I get the BlockBuster unblockable I use it) it's awful. But when it comes to attack, it's not enough that he doesn't harm his allies. The "blessing" should be of unlimited duration, to be a diamond.

I’m not really up to date with the meta regarding what’s a ‘good’ or ‘bad’ diamond, but I can only assume this Eliza sucks because her ability tends to kill herself? (The wiki is kinda hard to understand since some just skim over their abilities/gimmicks and some new variants don’t have explanations at all!)

i think this should be buffed honestly. i have mummy dearest, and i think they should rework her SA1 to give her a stack of heavy regen whenever she uses a special move, instead of you having to wait until your regen finishes and then being able to get only one more stack of heavy regen once you use a special move after the buff is over. just give us multiple stacks because this is not worth a diamond. i honestly see it having higher potential
Nope,she died because she tried to use scarlet ladies to heal herself,but since scarlet ladies gives dmg to get regens,she killed herself.You can clearly see that the disable blockbusters finished before she died.
